Notice of Rate Increase

McCoy Water Supply Customers,
Mccoy WSC strives to provide reliable healthy water to our customers. As such, from time to time, McCoy WSC needs to be prudent in the evaluation of expenses related to the ongoing maintenance and investment into the water system. In late 2024 McCoy WSC reviewed the rates and revenues we raise to assure our customers are receiving the necessary service at affordable rates. McCoy WSC has not raised rates since 2017. Inflation, the cost of needed goods, maintenance and the overall health of the system have gone up. In efforts to provide good quality water for our members we must increase our rates.
Beginning March 1, 2025, your bill will increase by $5.00 per month on the monthly fee base rate for residential customers (5/8” to 3/4” meters). A complementary rate increase will be in effect for higher volume users. McCoy has continually experienced increasing operational costs to maintain and operate the whole system. Our last water rate increase was on October 1, 2017.
