2026 Water Rate Increase

McCoy Water Supply Customers,

McCoy WSC is committed to providing reliable, healthy water to all of our customers. To continue meeting this commitment, we periodically review our expenses, maintenance needs, and long‑term investments in the water system. In late 2024, McCoy WSC conducted a thorough evaluation of our current rates and fees to ensure we can continue delivering high‑quality service at fair and affordable prices.

Beginning February 1, 2026, the monthly base rate for residential customers (5/8” to 3/4” meters) will increase by $5.00 per month. These changes reflect the growing operational costs required to maintain and operate our entire water system.
