Convenient Payment Options
Auto Draft: Make paying your bill easier with ACH automatic bank draft, offered at no charge to McCoy WSC customers. Payments are drafted on the 14th of each month. Sign up today!
Drop Box: For your convenience, a payment drop box is available inside the UPS Store at 1240 W. Oaklawn in Pleasanton during UPS Store business hours. We also have a second drop box at the McCoy WSC office, located outside the entrance gate.
You may also pay at any HEB or Walmart location with your bill stub. Please allow 24–48 hours for these payments to process and post. As a reminder, HEB and Walmart can process payments only; they are not able to process meter readings.

While you’re there, click the SIGN UP FOR ALERTS button to receive helpful notifications about scheduled water leak repairs, construction line upgrades, and temporary service disruptions.

Senior Exempt Program
If you are over the age of 60 or disabled, please call our office. We’ll be glad to help you sign up for the Senior Exempt Program.
Call 811 Before You Dig
Planning a digging project? Please remember that Texas law requires residents to call 811 for utility locates before digging. Any damage caused by failure to request a locate will be the property owner’s responsibility.
Office Closure Notice: Our office will be closed on July 3rd in observance of Independence Day.
